Asia-Pacific Coworking Initiative
In 2017, Malcolm noticed that coworking spaces across Asia-Pacific operated in isolation with no shared visibility or cross-community connection. He created Free Coworking Day: a single coordinated day where spaces would open their doors simultaneously. Starting from zero, he reached out individually to every operator. 90+ spaces across 120 Asia-Pacific locations participated, placing Sarawak on a regional map it had never appeared on before. The initiative ran every first Thursday of the month until COVID-19 made it impossible in 2020.

Multi-session women's empowerment program covering entrepreneurship, leadership, digital literacy, and financial literacy. Designed end-to-end as one of iCube's original programs built specifically around community needs.
Digital Story Lab
Mobile content creation and digital storytelling program for youth in Sarawak. Participants learn to produce, edit, and publish digital content using smartphones to build practical communication skills.
Digital & Entrepreneurial Skills Series
Annual program series for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Betong, a rural town with no prior program infrastructure. Covers digital marketing, productivity tools, and business model development, submitted annually as a formal proposal to the Sarawak State Government.
