Designed by Malcolm from concept to curriculum to delivery. Now running annually from 2023, giving local founders their first access to a structured incubation pathway.

Regional initiative helping SMEs and entrepreneurs shift toward digital-first, innovation-driven business models. Built around Sarikei's actual community needs through prior community research, not imported templates. Delivered to local business owners and entrepreneurs as part of the annual hub program calendar.
Empowerment From Within
Multi-session program covering entrepreneurship, leadership, digital literacy, and financial literacy, designed specifically for women in Sarikei. Built to develop long-term capability and independence rather than deliver one-off training. One of three original programs marking the team's move from facilitation delivery to full program authorship.
Digital Story Lab
Mobile content creation and digital storytelling program for youth in Sarawak, teaching video production, digital narrative, and creative communication skills. Designed to give young people in rural communities practical digital skills they can apply immediately, not theoretical knowledge.
Digital & Entrepreneurial Skills Series
Annual program series for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Betong, a rural town with no prior program infrastructure. Developed following in-depth community research into local needs. Covers digital marketing, productivity tools, and business model development. Submitted each year as a formal annual proposal to the Sarawak State Government.
